What I HAVE experienced is that when I went straight into marathon training from P90X, my time was better and my endurance was better. I'm looking forward to seeing how Insanity effects these things when training for my next race! I'm looking at doing a half marathon at the end of September so I may just go straight into training for that after Insanity is over in three weeks. Keep reading for updates, and I love your questions! Keep them coming!Kateyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00040941271689870268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1369979310603765817.post-30031355445311068402011-05-30T17:57:03.699-07:002011-05-30T17:57:03.699-07:00Katey, great posts! And after that P90X/Insanity mixed while I start marathon training. (see how I found your blog?) :)

I've read that P90X fitness is similar to Cross Fit fitness, and Cross Fitters that do Marathons and Triathlons say they do much better with the overall core fitness. Their times improve and there is much less recovery time. Have you experienced this as well?Jeremy Vaughthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02352271713664649018noreply@blogger.com
